Before the War on Terror there was already fear and loathing on the streets of London. Gangsta follows the initiation, growth and gradual unravelling of Imran, a gangster wannabe from the gentle suburbs of Pinner, North-West London, who flirts with gang culture in the ghettos of Brent.
These are the uncensored hyper-kinetic musings of a drug addled mind stumbling through a series of misadventures throughout London, inadvertently sparking a chain of events that threaten to culminate in a deadly race riot and end a relationship from hell, with the only girl that mattered. Racist, misogynistic and unrepentant, its not pleasant, but the naked mind never is.
