Education must be understood and undertaken through interdisciplinarity, as proposed in this academic work: Interdisciplinarity from fairy tales to leadership theories, in which teachers and students are active, committed, responsible and trained agents for planning their actions, taking responsibility for themselves, seeking attitudes towards the facts and interacting with the scenario in which they live, cooperating to achieve a goal, thus changing the teaching and learning process for the better. It is therefore the teachers’ prime responsibility to ensure that the student becomes the essential agent of their learning, certain that they are going to do what they are going to do and how they are going to do it, in other words, to lead the student to achieve the possession of knowledge by planning, working with hypotheses and finding solutions.
