Ric Charlesworth

Ric Charlesworth, world champion coach and best selling author of The Coach and Staying at the Top, has long been an ardent fan of Shakespeare's plays and poetry. Over the course of a career that has seen Ric as a medical graduate, Olympic sportsman, first class cricketer, politician and champion coach, he has seen many of his own thoughts and observations on coaching and people management mirrored by Shakespeare's insight into human nature and motivation.  In Shakespeare the Coach, Ric combines forces with Shakespeare to produce a blueprint for every manager, coach, team leader or anyone motivated to achieve, that will allow them to fully harness their potential.
