Ms. Tina Schaneville, author of the book, ’Tina’s Healthy Lifestyle Guide & Cookbook’ resides in Louisiana, United States with her daughter and two chihuahuas. She currently attends an accredited university to obtain her Ph.D.degree. She enjoys healthy cooking, and exercises regularly. There are plenty color photographs of the recipes.
