Creating a third sex wasn't easy. Introducing a third sex to the world wasn't fun. This new gender wasn't brought into existence to fulfill some strange fantasy, or to put a theory to the test. Pollinators were borne of dire necessity; making babies the old-fashioned way had become far too dangerous.
