At 22, determined to transform her life, she immersed herself in therapeutic and holistic practices that improved her mental health, awakened her spirituality, and inspired her career as a meditation teacher and mental health nurse.

When her brother’s passing at 28 plunged her into darkness once more, she turned again to the mind’s power and a connection with a higher source. These practices not only helped her heal but also brought profound clarity, renewed purpose, and led her along a path to greater success and prosperity. Her journey reveals how darkness-and even tragedy-can ignite profound personal growth, and shows that by intentionally working with both the mind and a connection to Source, we have the power to heal and radically transform our lives.

Shawna Thibodeau is a meditation teacher, spiritual mentor, and former mental health nurse. She has led over 60 retreats internationally and built a thriving online community through her transformational programs and teachings on emotional healing, spiritual growth, and reconnecting with your highest self. Having healed and transformed her own life through therapeutic and spiritual modalities, she is passionate about teaching others the power of the mind and spiritual connection, and how these tools can be used to shift their reality.
