When a fisherman vanishes near an uninhabited island with a gruesome history, Shiraz believes this wasn’t an accident. An international consortium plans to build a luxury resort on the rocky isle, and she suspects they’ve reawakened the pirate stories to dispose of their opponents.

But when a mysterious visitor with a familiar name arrives from the city, Shiraz must discover whether he can help her stop the developers, or whether he’s her biggest threat.
