Stacy Musial is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Integrative Health Coach. She practices psychotherapy and focuses on whole person wellness. She began her journey into health when she realized her own physical and mental health were not optimal and this impacted the way she felt spiritually. Personal research guided her to trust there was a huge piece missing to many of the current traditional forms of therapy. She has made it her quest to find sustainable and lasting change in the ways she approaches her work with clients and her own self-care. Her journey led her to earn a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition(R). As a Health Coach, Stacy has combined her experience in mental health counseling with her interest in nutrition, whole-person wellness, and helping others find their way back to living a life full of energy and vibrancy, the way we’re meant to be living.
