Amelia Kelley (LCMHC) is a therapist, trainer, podcaster, and writer in the science-help field. She is a licensed art therapist, HSP therapist, brainspotting therapist, EMDR-informed therapist, and meditation teacher, as well as a certified yoga instructor who integrates therapeutic yoga with psychotherapy.
