Benji Xavier isn’t a chef. He’s not even a cook. He’s simply someone who was fed up with feeling tired and unhealthy, so he started cooking healthier food, and what he discovered was that he could make lots of amazing food that didn’t have a negative impact on his health. As a result, he started losing weight; in fact, he lost almost 100 pounds, and he did it not by counting calories, but by modifying his habits and making everyday recipes healthier. Now Benji has over 4 million followers who look forward to his cooking videos each week.
