For graduate studies, especially in the production and socialization of knowledge, the Integrated Model of Cooperation and Sustainable Socio-Human Development is proposed in this work. The Model represents a systemic, integrated and holistic conception of intelligent interrelational management in participation/action towards the commitment of academia and science for sustainable socio-human development, within a democratic framework of ecological ethical representation and shared social responsibility: Graduate Studies and Social Environment. To link the actions of integration, cooperation and development, with the lines of research, graduate work, thesis, and with the possible agreements (National and International). Plan the actions to be followed, the evaluation methods, results and continuous improvements within the framework of human rights, respect for diversity, human dignity and sustainable ethical value. This task requires contextualizing one’s own realities or specificities within the interacting dynamics between the graduate program and the social environment.
