這付牌是屬於泛偉特系統的，整體看起來與基本偉特牌意沒有差太多，熟悉偉特牌的看到這付牌，應該也會蠻親切才對。這付牌的作者Zach Wong是馬來西亞人，現在在澳洲從事電腦繪圖的工作；之所以創作這付牌，是因為他在研究塔羅的過程中，找不到一付自己有感覺且順手的牌，所以在攻讀西洋及亞洲神學及研究多年塔羅後，乾脆自己畫一付牌來用囉！



這付牌最大的特色，是在牌面上同時表現了正位與逆位，人物牌中的正逆位在表情上也有區別，這在一般偉特及泛偉特牌系中十分少見。對於初學者來說，在正逆位的判別上省事許\多，也是件好事。另一個不同點，小牌的人物幾乎都帶上了面具(除了清秀的寶劍侍衛外)，我還不是很清楚為什麼要這樣設計，只是覺得很新鮮。牌中所附的說明書總共有近 200頁，對於每張牌的意義有非常清楚的描述，還附了4個牌陣解法和兩張有牌陣圖的牌喔！



對了，如果覺得以往拿到塔羅牌覺得不好推開的朋友，這付牌有特別做了加滑的處理，牌整個洗開了之後，收攏整牌或推成半圓形的抽牌都很順手喔！
