A. Yavari, MBA, PhD, is CEO and president of Premier Consulting Group Inc., a full-service consulting, accounting, and tax-planning firm that he founded in 2003. He has also served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Afronet Inc. and Equal2 Enterprises Inc. His professional experience encompasses financial management, accounting, economics, human relations, and business consultation.
Yavari’s academic credentials include a BS degree in business administration, an MBA degree in finance, and from the University of Southern California, MS and PhD degrees in policy and administration.
He has taught financial and management accounting as well as economics at the University of Southern California, Chapman University, and California State University-Los Angeles.
He coauthored the textbook Accounting Information in Decision Making, and he has published numerous articles on accounting and management.
