Having a best friend who reads minds and gets "feelings" from crime scenes would put off most people. Isabelle Giovini isn't "most people". Her quick wit and ability to defend herself leave him confused and intrigued. But unknown to the Texas Ranger or Belle, their pasts include a common denominator.
