作者簡介

A huge believer that daily creativity = a happier brain, she teaches writing workshops to help people find their voice. Christina founded Crying is Cool, a fashion store for stylish sensitives, and hosts Sobcast the Podcast, where she begs the question, "What even is mental health?" and chronicles her own journey with anxiety, depression, and the horrifying, hilarious reality of being human.
