I am Jimmy Gilheaney and this is my story. It follows my family from Ireland to Scotland and eventually it shows how we settled in Wales. It charts my life from when I grew up in the 80s and 90s to the present day; it shows how I got into boxing, how I met my wife, how I got into bare knuckle fighting; it shows my struggles with mental health.
