He is currently the lead judge for the U.S. Army Communities of Excellence Award and has served as the lead judge for Baldrige-based awards for New York State, Vermont, Delaware, and Aruba, and judge for the Wisconsin Forward Award and the U.S. Department of Labor Workforce Excellence Award.
