Nathaniel Peniston has assembled a nice guide that should be added to the resource library of construction companies performing work on prevailing wage projects. Prevailing wage laws have very complex and rigorous compliance requirements. There are extraordinary burdens in performing and documenting the work effort which are unique to each jurisdiction. Contractors performing this work need to be well informed and have a team of experts and counsel to ensure strict adherence to the rules.
